Silver package

Products and services
While monetary contributions are much valued, we appreciate that this may not always be possible. Therefore we would also like to offer you and/or your company a host of product sponsorship opportunities to ensure the successful running of this event. We require the following list of products for the event. If you feel are able to contribute towards this in any shape or form, please talk to one of our team members. Your help is much appreciated.
The following is a list of services we require:
- Filming, sound and lighting services
- Filming of two day event
- Audio services for the event, including equipment and technician
- Additional lighting for the stage area during the event
- Supply for 4 coolers/air conditioners for the event
- Loan of walkie talkie equipment for volunteers manning car park
Donation opportunities
We would also like to offer you the opportunity of making a monetary contribution, should you feel this is the option that best suits your business and/or individual needs, while simultaneously allowing you to add value and contribute to the project.
We accept donations of any amount and these can be discussed personally with one of our team members to meet individual requirements. We are also happy to publicise significant donations at the event to help raise your business and/or individual profile.
