  • Building better relations with partners, parents, in-laws, siblings
  • Why relationships can go wrong
  • How to get the best out of your partner, by learning the difference between talking and communicating

Mid-Morning Session: Q&A on issues arising from topic one
1 - 2pm:

Early Afternoon Session

Topic Two: Understanding and Balancing Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • What does eastern wisdom have to say about prioritising the people in your life e.g. family, partner, children, friends
  • Fulfilling your own dreams
  • Creating a work-life balance
  • Learn to foster a honest and open attitude in all relationships

Mid-Afternoon Session: Q&A on issues arising from topic two

One hour session designed to give you a chance to meet other like minded individuals

  • Age old tried and tested techniques are revealed to deal with stress, worry, anger and better time management

  • Learn about eastern philosophies and techniques to boost your confidence and self-esteem
  • Understanding and applying the power of thought
  • Being and staying happy and learning to believe in yourself
